I am an administrative assistant and I ordered breakfast (per manager) for our team meeting. Cosi was very reliable and on time with delivery. The food presentation was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Cosi for future meetings that food is required.

My only issue is the "Group Order" online option as it doesn't seem to work consistently and I end up having to place each order, on the attendees behalf, myself (after re-reaching out to them) as they aren't able to place it within the Group Order link. It would be super helpful if we could get this fixed or if someone could contact me and walk me through how it is supposed to work...successfully! Thank you Cosi!!
