FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You may be asked to briefly create a new Così Catering account based upon which email, phone number or business name you are using. If you have any questions or issues, please reach out to our customer care team at 866-580-2674 or email orders@getcosi.com.

Its always best to plan ahead, but you may place your order as soon as a few  hours before your event. You can also place your order well in advance of your event date.

If placing a same day group order, a 3 hour minimum lead time is needed in order to fulfill your order.  Please keep this in mind when scheduling your deadline for submissions and checking out.

We offer both pickup and delivery services in many of our markets.

We can handle anything from small to medium groups of 10 to 50 all the way to large occasions of several hundred people for your party or your meeting. 

The minimum order to qualify for delivery is $75.00 of Catering items (before taxes, coupons and delivery fee).
