The food and delivery service were both great as always but my order came in individual brown bags, not boxes as shown on the website, so that was disappointing and did not look very professional for a business seminar.

United StatesI've used Cosi both for regular ordering and for catering for business events and they have been great. I tried putting names in the special instructions box for the catering boxed lunch and they put names on the boxes which is great! In addition, I forgot to order one meal for our catering order - I emailed Cosi and within 30 minutes I had a new invoice to pay for the additional meal!

We scheduled for delivery, but couldn't wait since it was for a meeting which would have ended before the delivery arrived -so when I called to see if we could pick up instead, it was no problem. That's great Customer SErvice. We got our food in time for the meeting! Thank you!
