United StatesThe participants of our fortnightly meeting series regularly request lunch from Cosi rather than other vendors in the rota. The meeting planner (me) also prefers Cosi for their reliability and efficiency with ordering & deliveries. A win all the way around.
United Statesunfortunately many of the salads had wilty/slimy lettuce, and the chicken texture was too slimy for many guests' preference. One guest had a little bug in his salad.
United StatesYesterday morning, I confirmed that my order would be delivered between 11 and 11:30 yesterday morning. I was told it was all set. Delivery did not come until Noon (or very close to Noon). Food was good - Delivery not so goos!
