The food was great, however we were extremely disappointed with the way our food was delivered. The delivery person called to inform us that our meal was being delivered. The person did not wait for us to receive it, instead left our food on the back steps of the building. To top it off we were just in time to see someone picked up our bag and about to walk off with it. When they called we went to the front entrance of the building. Luckily for us our custodian knew we were expecting our delivery and happen to walk outside when he witnessed we were about to lose our order. Better has to be done for the customers. Very disappointed.

The online team ordering system is super easy. I will be placing all my work lunch orders through Cosi moving forward.
